The human resource group has been caught multiple times trying to perform actions that are not legal and other unethical behavior against employee data after people leave FW. If you're an engineer and you're a contractor you got to be prepared to be blamed for the failures of the more senior staff at Foster Wheeler. If you're in GEN OPS, prepare to have a lack of budget (except for anything related to HS&E - basically Safety stuff) and plenty of blame to go around will be there too. Management across multiple orgs try to hide incompetency by keeping people silent without reporting to the Corporate Head Quarters back in England. Here, nobody will accept responsibility in any form that can be used as evidence (no emails, any recordings recordings, or any forms or other data). It's a tense place, lots of anxiety radiates througout.
