There are currently over 2600 CSA 5 associates that are do to be cut January 28th 2018. If they do not find a permanent job, with most likely 30% paycut, then they will be let go... Not a rumor... 100% truth... They were given a year to find a job, and if they could't, then they would be let go... That total of 2600 was as of December 28th, 2017.. They are former department managers with years of experience, but most are on the higher end of the payscale, which Lowe's is trying to replace with part timers at minimum wage and no experience..

I have been passed over for Specialist positions AND part both where I had experience. The part time was the straw that made me open an EEOC case. That's blatant discrimination. Not sure how Lowe's will get away from that.
THIS IS VERY TRUE VERY TRUE I FIGURED THE NUMBER WILL BE LARGER CSAV PASSED OVER SEVERAL TIMES IN PAST YEAR DUE TO WAGE AND AGE. JUST RIDE TIL THE END AND WATCH FOR CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS SOME LAWYER FIRM WILL PICK THIS UP AND RUN WITH IT.
2600 is a lot.. Wait till it's reported on the news.. I bet 100% these are all DM's that were making well over $20 an hour. I know I am one and I applied for so many jobs over the year without much of a chance. They just want to get cheap.
2 mgrs at my store do drugs and work high as hell, so much for drug testing.
This should seriously be stopped, no one should have to work with this.
