Change Healthcare Business Analyst New Position

What is going on here at McKesson with all fiolettsk.rus, sale to Allscripts, and this posting for a Change Healthcare Business Analyst on Indeed.com?

Does McKesson realize they had people that did this job, but laid so many offs? Beware folks! This place is toxic.

Horrible company! Does not value it's employees. Poor management. Deceptive practices.

Mismanagement has destroyed any value the BA role can provide to the products now anyway. It's just shut up and do what everyone else says and write it down. The BA at mckchange has become a glorified note taker, with every crappy useless task assigned to them. Especially as they try to consolidate more roles. I guess it shows what good people they had/have if they can adapt to anything thrown at them. Too bad it must be destroying their spirit.

If they actually did real performance reviews instead of just rating someone on how loud they talk, and fired people for not meeting expectations (real expectations, not icare or other nonsense from a consultant) instead of collecting people that become useless over time, it'd be a lot healthier. As it stands the company is impregnated with dogma so most staff can't see beyond meaningless corporate mantra and values. Real direction from management and real tangible demands on the staff need to be made. They think they are doing that though. Thus, dogma.

Is that why they are looking to hire another Business Analyst for Change Healthcare which is defunct? You may be a great candidate for the position....

I don't agree. This is the nature of the business. When a pharmacy can find a cheaper wholesaler, like Rite Aid, then they switch wholesalers. That's the position we are in now. Less work means less staff to do the work, equals layoffs.

Basically, they RIF to clear out the workers who are at the top of the pay and PTO scale. Then they hire new s---ers to come in, luring them in (particularly more idealistic millennials) with propaganda phrases like 'Our culture is guided by our core values which are woven into the fabric of every aspect of our company; pursue purpose, champion innovation, earn trust, be agile, and include all. '

For all the talk talk talk about diversity, they're a 1950s kind of WASP corporation.
