There are currently over 2600 CSA 5 associates that are do to be cut January 28th 2018. If they do not find a permanent job, with most likely 30% paycut, then they will be let go... Not a rumor... 100% truth... They were given a year to find a job, and if they could't, then they would be let go... That total of 2600 was as of December 28th, 2017.. They are former department managers with years of experience, but most are on the higher end of the payscale, which Lowe's is trying to replace with part timers at minimum wage and no experience..
Agree that Niblocks is a piece of work. He’s leading Lowes to a place thats Hotter than Hell. Heres hoping when he passed that his judgement will be like Hitlers. A pineapple shoved up his bum repeatedly.
And the favoritism in cooporate reaks rampant in big cooporations if they dont like you than youll get overlooked.

Any way the make me specialist immediately but in reality I'm work and operate as a Asm that actually is not lazy, help all areas, teach, couching and engage everyone and explain the changes are necessary but Lowe's still a good company and we can trust corporate leaders and store leaders because their actions are going to take us to a different level. Well today is over, I'm out no notice provided. Is done no more coolaid make up number, no more be fake and oorporate puppet. The show is over, no more secret meetings to plan the next round of layoffs, the moral was so bad that market skip Eos survey and also store meeting, now next movement star and they hire 2 part Time per department and even more with the excuse of better coverage on more customer service... Bla bla bla, they new hires replace all specialist early next year, and store management sign confidential agreements to protect this information. Even when they took the time to denied the rumors they did because the effect on the stock price. But plan in on place and all store managers acting like they don't go out on the floor and the hide on their offices. Same as the Asm's and new service and support managers... Our C.E.O is the worse liar on history of retail and he designed the entire structure of the company to be lead by bunch of liars cold blood faces like him. Keep telling people that every move is to evolve, rather that to cover the Lack of performance of the company stock. Sorry for all the ones that stay and dedicate years with the and proud of service the customer's better, Lowe's does not care. You think you going to success .... Considering that Lowes corp s---s at the stores teats I am doubtful that any cuts will happen there.
