How about a man hiring his step sons and then covering up their screw ups and s-xual advances toward female employees. glad they are all gone. It is a sad place to work.

Yes, it's still going on. This was reported to compliance in Houston who stated that Senior Management were looking into this situation, that was back in May. To date nothing has happened. Not sure what is worse the manager in england or head of compliance in Houston.

Is this guy in the UK still 'helping' his relatives or has sense prevailed?

It's disgraceful to read that our compliance group did nothing about this when it was brought to their attention. I guess it's called looking after your own.

1 daughter, 1 son, 1 son in law and 1 partner.......beats just a son in law.

How many son-in-laws does he have?

If you think that's unethical, read this...The most Senior Manager in England & Wales for AI, has his partner working for him as Admin Support, and she even drives a company Mercedes car. His daughter works in payroll, where she processes the pay of her partner & brother along with the rest of England & Wales. Their hours/pay is approved by the Manager's close friend, and finally senior manager approves the payroll . This was reported to the Compliance team two months ago, nothing has happen to date.

I wonder if our Compliance Team are aware of this, I guess they do, so no surprise that they do SFA!

What about the Poor Indians that have to post a Bond for the privilege to work for Oceaneering?

by | Post ID:

Isn't it also unethical for a manager to hold cash in his person from scrapped Oceaneering assets. Hmmm anyone wonder where all this money is going?

by | Post ID:

No doubt a conflict of interest
