All of Iwocs management loves to micro manage he shop floor and are only about themselves and not the employees. Takin away tech titles and leaving the techs nothing to work towards and advance is a horrible way to run a company and then they ask why people are leaving. C'mon now. The company should invest in some leadership training for the shop formans and ops managers to instill better small unit leadership and help build morale in the shop. And then when you have a shop foreman who has 3 of his son in laws working under him how is that not a conflict of interest.

I couldn't agree more. Tell me there is no favoritism when techs are releated to the shop foreman and the ops manager has been groomer for the job. The shop foreman and ops manager do nothing but belittle evryone in the shop, treating all ghe techs like crap. By law, the ops job was suppose to be posted internally and externally so everyone has a chance, but thay didnt happen. And then let go of our only safety person that knew what they were doing and now we are stick with a heart attack waiting to happen, usless safety guy. Its all down hill from here.
Hate to say but all the training in the world won't fix the screwed up way's of ST&R management, in their minds everything is a running smoothly and they know everything already.....haha we all know what's really going on.....they're clueless!!!! Just a bunch of back woods country boys with big titles.
No raises and no chance for advancement Is exactly why people are leaving.....who in their right mind wants to work a job where is no room to advancement! This is also why morale is at an all time low.
